In general, you have to bear the shipping or delivery fee on top of the product that you purchase, which will be auto-calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. However, do take advantage of our promotions from time to time to waive the shipping fee by purchasing over a certain amount.

At the moment, we only ship to (West and East) Malaysia by Poslaju or GDEX. Do let us know by voting on Facebook or drop us an email at enquiry@bintangfashion.com if you think we should ship to your country. We appreciate your feedback and will definitely consider your request.

Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 1 week from the day you place your order and make payment. Please allow additional 2-3 days if you pay by cheque (for the cheque to be cleared). For offline payment, do contact us once you have made the offline payment (and send us your details for cheque deposit) to avoid delay.

Once you have received the shipping confirmation email from us, expect to receive your order within 1-3 days. Tracking number will be included in the email which you can track your parcel at either Poslaju or GDEX tracking service.
