Return or exchange conditions
We accept return or exchange for the following conditions:
- Item received is different (model / size / color) from the one ordered.
- Item measurement has large discrepancy with published measurement.
- Item is damaged or defective.
As your shopping experience is always our first priority, we also accept exchange especially for first time buyer, if item (size) does not fit as expected or you just don't like the color, material etc.
To be eligible for return or exchange, please ensure that the item is in new and unused state:
- All tags attached.
- Not washed / stained / altered.
Return or exchange procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at exchange@bintangfashion.com within 14 days from the day order is received, You have to include the following details in the email:

| Contact No. | Provide us your contact number so that we can contact you |
| Order Reference No. | You can always check this in your order history (login required) |
| Product(s) Name | Specify the product(s) you wish to return or exchange |
| Remarks | Provide the reason why the product need to be returned or exchanged |
Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 working days for further instructions. Please note that the request for return or exchange does not constitute to a sure return or exchange, as we will assess the claim and justify accordingly.

Return:
- We will advise you on our address for your item to be returned.
- You have to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
- We will reimburse the item's amount in BintangFashion.com for your next purchase.
Exchange:
- We will advise you on our address for your item to be returned for exchange.
- You have to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
- We will bear the shipping charges for sending the exchanged item to you.
- Alternatively, we can also arrange for exchange in one of our outlets (except consignment stores).
- However, do not go to the branch directly without any exchange arrangement with us.
