Can I buy from BintangFashion.com without registering an account?
Unfortunately no. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password whenever you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.
How do I find out your latest news and promotions?

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Offline Payment
You can cash or cheque deposit the total amount of your purchase (including shipping charges if applicable) into one of our bank accounts:

For cheque payment, please write cheque payable to Bintang Garment Supplier S/B.
After deposit, please email us at order@bintangfashion.com with the following details:
1. Order reference no (will be emailed to you once you have ordered).
2. Your name and contact no.
3. Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque.
4. Bank of deposit (Maybank or Hong Leong Bank).
5. Date and time of deposit.
6. Cheque number (if payment by cheque).
We might request the scanned copy of your payment slip if necessary, please keep it safe until you have received your order.
Please take note that order will only be processed after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

I have received a few emails from you after I place order, what does it mean?
Your order has been received: We have received your order.
Your order has been confirmed: We have received your payment (cheque needs to be cleared).
Your order has been shipped: We have shipped your order.
If you are using online payment via iPay88, you will also receive a notification e-mail from Mobile88 once your payment is completed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually, you will receive your order within 1 week from the day you place order. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
Do you accept exchange or return?
Yes, but subjected to assessment. Please refer to our return & refund policy for more information.
Shipping
Do you ship to addresses outside the Malaysia?
Unfortunately no. At the moment, we only ship to (West and East) Malaysia by Poslaju or GDEX. Do drop us an email at enquiry@bintangfashion.com if you think we should ship to your country and we will consider your request.
How much do you charge for shipping an order?
Shipping charges will be auto-calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. However, do take advantage of our promotions from time to time to waive the shipping fee by purchasing over a certain amount.

How do I track my shipment?
Once you have received the shipping confirmation email from us, tracking number will be included which you can track your parcel at Poslaju or GDEX tracking service.
What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
You can check the shipping rate from your address to ours in KL at Poslaju. However, please request for return or exchange before you return your order to us.

I cannot login with my password even though I have already signed up?
One of the possible problem is that your account is not verified. You have to click on the verification link to activate your account once you have registered with us.

I have logined successfully before but forgotten my password?
It's simple, just click on the "Forgot Password?" link here. Your password will be sent to the email address you have registered with us.
I cannot add items into, or remove items from my shopping cart.
It should be the cookies problem with your Internet browser. Please refer to this guide in order to delete the cookies.
